US markets ended on a positive note; Dow Jones up 1%

The Nasdaq Composite Index advanced 31 points (1.46%) to close at 2,176. All the Indian ADRs ended on a positive note. Tata Motors zoomed 11% to $15.9. Sterlite soared 4% to $19.07 and Genpact zoomed 3.5% to $13.45, respectively. MTNL and Dr Reddy"s advanced over 3% each to $.35 and $24.98, respectively. Wipro and Mahindra Satyam added over 2% each at $20.47 and $4.4, respectively.
