FIIs net bought Rs 490cr in F&O on Friday

The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 490.23 crore in futures and options segments on Friday. - Volatility up, prices down - Rebound expected early next week - Markets in oversold zone - Sensex falls, then rebounds on policy - DIIs net buyers of Rs 1,011 cr in cash mkt today - FIIs net bought Rs 2067 crore in F&O on Thursday According to the data released by the NSE, FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 430.22 crore, while they bought index options worth Rs 1,029.76 crore. They were net sellers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 119.18 crore while bought stock options worth Rs 9.87 crore.
